This notice explains what Kleos Group does with the information you send us through this site.

What we collect

Only what you send through our forms: your name, email, organization, the details of your request or application, and any file you choose to attach. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to you, to arrange bookings, and to consider applications. We don’t sell your information or share it for marketing.

Athletes who apply

We use your details to assess your application. We only share them with organizations after you’ve agreed in writing.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it to work with you. Ask, and we’ll delete it.
